KRG Healthcare believes in recognising and rewarding its staff and have several programmes to do this. ‘Applause for KRG Stars’ was launched in 2021 and offers discounts in shops as well as wellbeing benefits. We also have a monthly ‘Standing Ovation’ award, the winners of which are nominated by their colleagues and receive a voucher and certificate.All our staff are employed under a rigorous process which enables us to find the best candidates for the job. All our care staff have, or at least are working towards a QCF (formerly NVQ) Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
